What to Do First
Call us immediately. We are here to guide you step by step through the entire process of arranging your loved one’s final journey.
- Call us at (+60) 12-345 6789 to reserve the funeral home or confirm the wake location.
- Arrange for a doctor to certify the cause of death.
- The doctor will submit the death details online to the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
- Register the death online at mylegacy.life.gov.sg.
- Receive the E-death certificate.
- You’ll need the E-death certificate to publish an obituary and arrange cremation or burial.
- Prepare a set of clothing and a photo (softcopy or hardcopy) for the deceased.
- Our funeral advisor will assist you with all funeral arrangements in detail.
